Charming spot with friendly staff
The central location was perfect for exploring Merida, with attractions just a stroll away. The staff, especially Gabriela and Angel, stood out for their kindness and helpfulness.
Parking can be a hassle due to limited spaces, resulting in confusion and extra costs for public parking. Our room's AC struggled a bit but was manageable during our stay.

Lovely old setting with a charming vibe, perfect for soaking in the local atmosphere. Just a few blocks from the bustling center, ideal for exploring.
The swimming pool is disappointingly small and not much of a draw. Complicated parking instructions led to extra costs for public parking, and room lighting was inadequate, making it feel dark and less inviting.

The staff were super friendly and helpful during my stay.
Unfortunately, my room had a musty smell that was quite unpleasant. I also found the parking situation to be confusing, which led to added frustration when I had to pay for public parking nearby. The dark ambiance of the room and lack of proper lighting made it hard to relax and truly enjoy my time there.

The location is excellent for taking in the
local sights and culture, just a few blocks from the central plaza. The staff were amicable and accommodating, but the pool was smaller than expected, making it more of a respite than a swimming area. Overall, decent for budget travelers.

Had a great time with friends. we visited the main square and enjoyed the local food scene. The staff, especially Gabriela and Angel, were super friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The location was a short walk to downtown, which was perfect for us.
The parking instructions were a bit confusing, resulting in extra costs for public parking nearby. It would be helpful if they improved the clarity of those instructions.
