The central location was perfect for exploring Merida, with attractions just a stroll away. The staff, especially Gabriela and Angel, stood out for their kindness and helpfulness.

Parking can be a hassle due to limited spaces, resulting in confusion and extra costs for public parking. Our room's AC struggled a bit but was manageable during our stay.

During my recent stay, I found this place to be a real gem, just a short walk from Plaza Grande and the nearby Mercado de Santiago, making it easy to explore local culture and grab some delicious street food. the warm hospitality from the staff, especially Gabriela and Angel, made my experience truly delightful.

The Double Room was huge and really comfortable! The beds were super cozy, and I was happy with the strong AC. Shower had great water pressure too, which felt amazing. Everything was clean, and they even provided fresh bottles of water daily, which was a nice perk.
